The poster for the Spring 1968 Fillmore East show, which was the fourth in the series, featured the phrase “Last N.Y. Appearance ‘Til Peace” as a “threat” from Frank Zappa’s Mothers of Invention. How else could Richard Nixon respond but to withdraw all the troops from Vietnam? The James Cotton Blues Band also performed, helping to introduce the blues to an entire generation of young white concertgoers in the ’60s. This poster was printed only once, measuring approximately 14″ x 22″, and is in Excellent condition with light handling bends in the top margin and a bend in the upper right corner, there is also a bend in the lower right corner.
